Background
A woman, referred to as C, aged 55, is approaching retirement. She has worked and built a career for over 30 years, with her longest-standing profession being an event organizer. Now, C wishes to reassess her activities to explore what job or interest she can pursue during her retirement.

Results
After completing the MBTI and STRONG profiling sessions, it was found that Mrs. C has an ENFP personality type and a Strong Profile of ESR (Enterprising, Social, Realistic). With over 30 years of experience, mainly as an Event Organizer, Mrs. C is highly skilled in interpersonal relations. She is enthusiastic when engaged in activities involving selling something she truly believes in. Her broad network also energizes her work. These profile results have further solidified her retirement plans. Now, at 65, Mrs. C is retired, actively involved in community activities, and runs a culinary business serving orders from her community.
